1. SEPARATE YOUR MATERIALS
Separate your materials to increase potential savings. Concrete, brick, asphalt, earth, and rock can all be disposed of at our facility. Separating incoming materials allows us to better serve our customers’ needs and requirements on the outgoing materials. Good materials coming in means great materials going out!
2. AVOID BUILDING MATERIALS
Modern Materials does not accept building materials such as wood, siding, stumps, insulation, glass, fiberglass, and plastic. By separating your materials and bringing in only approved materials, you can maximize your profits.
3. USE RECYCLED MATERIALS
Increase your cost savings by reusing demoed materials. Many of our recycled products are State-approved for projects of all sizes. These products can offer substantial savings!

We are recognized as an approved dumping facility by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation and have provided State-approved materials for heavy highway, municipal and private sector construction projects throughout Connecticut for over 20 years. Our products are manufactured to meet all pertinent DOT standard specifications for Roads, Bridges, and Incidental Construction in compliance with form 816, as revised.
