Received a call the next day (Saturday) that they were trying to get ahead of schedule and ended up delivering that same morning. Ordered 3 yards of 1/2” screened topsoil- super high quality at a very reasonable price. After having used other suppliers in the area and never being impressed, I will definitely be using Modern Materials for my future needs and recommend them highly.”
